I hope that everyone is off to a great start in 2012. I know for myself there seems to be something in the air that makes me feel like this is going to be a good year, even with it being an election year. I think that we all are tired of a down economy and are trying to will it back to better times. Long Heating and Air is off to a good and fast start to 2012.

The technicians that you will see are using new technology to help us go more green. The laptops they have will be paperless and make them more efficient for you as well for us. They will be emailing you your invoices and your paper copies, but also will be using GPS to help the dispatcher on response time.

If you experience any problems or have questions just let me know. I am trying to stay in contact with everyone so that you know what is available to you. I send out a flyer monthly in a community connector, but I feel that a lot of you do not get those flyers, so make sure that you keep an eye on the web page for any upcoming specials. You can always just call as well. As always remember to change your filters.
