I wanted to follow up with you that the new AC system is working GREAT! With the duct work that has been done previously, the dampers are able to keep the house at different temperatures on both levels. We were not able to accomplish this before with the other system! I will be recommending Long Heating and Air to my friends in the neighborhood when their AC's need to be replaced!!! The new system is much quieter than the older model I had. Thanks again for taking the time to answer all of my questions, as well as my husband's. In addition to getting our house cool again! It meant a lot to us that your turn around was so quick and that we didn't need to stay in a hotel! Our home is now at a comfortable 72 degrees!

I have been a customer to Long Heating & Air for 9 years. I am on their PM program where they come out to my house twice a year and check my system to make sure all is working well. This past summer they found that my 15 year old system was no longer was giving me all it could give so their sales guy came out and talked with me and my husband. After getting $500 in rebates, and a tax credit and money back from Duke Power I saved around $1750. On top of that the install crew was at my house that next day at 8 am ready to install my new system. Everything was installed and running by the end of the day and paper work in hand. I knew that Long Heating & Air was an efficient company because I have been their customer for 9 years but this truly impressed me. Maintenance done on Tuesday morning, sales guy out Tuesday afternoon and new system Wednesday morning absolutely incredible. We will be a life time Long Heating; Air customer.

The installation was great and I wanted to say a big thank you to the guys for doing it. The new system works GREAT! Erin and I like it so much, we are strongly considering replacing the downstairs unit next summer just to go ahead and have a great new system throughout the entire house.

I contacted Long Heating about installing two new systems for us, after getting two other bids i went with them because of the 10 year parts & labor, Lifetime Unit replacement on my compressor and their commitment to a one day install. They started early Monday on my first system and didn,t leave until it was up and running, then came back the next day and repeated the process. We are very Happy and appreciate the quick turn around.

I obtained estimates from three other local companies to replace my furnace and heat pump. Of the three, Long Heating and Air Conditioning was by far the most prompt, courteous and professional. Their prices were very competitive. The technicians/installers showed up on time, and completed the installation the same day. My sales rep even came out the next business day to inspect the job! THIS is how ALL contractors should perform! Highly recommended from a very picky customer.
